Ingredients
- 300 g Watermelon, peeled off green layer. Cut into 4 cm pieces
- 2 pcs Chicken thighs, removed skin and cut into pieces
- 1 1/2 liters Water
- 1/4 Salt
- 1/4 Pepper
Instructions
- Put watermelon, chicken and water into a pot.
- Bring to boil for 20 minutes.
- Lower heat and simmer for an hour till soft.
- Add in salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot with white rice.
