Water Convolvulus Stir Fried with Fermented Black Beans

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons Cooking oil
- 3 cloves Garlic, smashed and peeled, roughly chopped
- 1 tablespoon Fermented black bean paste
- 600 g Water convolvulus, snipped into 4-5 sections
- 2 Red chilies, sliced
Instructions
- Heat oil in a wok until smoking hot.
- Quickly fry the garlic and black bean paste to release aromas, about 30 seconds.
- Add water convolvulus and red chili, lower heat to medium, and stir fry continuously for about 3 minutes, or until wilted and bean paste is evenly distributed.
- Transfer to platter.
- Serve with steamed rice.
