Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon Chopped fresh coriander (cilantro) leaves
- 1/2 cup Chopped cooked chicken
- 2 squares Fresh bean curd
- 2 cups Chicken stock
Instructions
- Chill stock and remove fat from surface.
- Bring stock to boil.
- Add bean curd and chicken.
- Heat through.
- Sprinkle with coriander leaves
- Serve immediately while soup is still hot.
