These pork skewers are very good cooked on the barbecue.
Ingredients
- 500 g Finely minced pork
- 1 teaspoon Pepper
- 3 cloves Garlic, finely minced
- 1 1/2 tablespoons Golden caster sugar
- 2 1/2 teaspoons Corn flour
- 2 tablespoons Vietnamese fish sauce
Instructions
- Put all the ingredients into a bowl and mix thoroughly.
- Cover and leave to marinade overnight in the refrigerator.
- Soak 16 bamboo skewers in water for about 20 minutes, then form the pork mixture around them.
- Cook the pork skewers under a preheated grill for about 10 minutes, turning them frequently.
- To eat, remove the meat from the skewers wrap it up in salad leaves and dip into the sauce.
