Ingredients
- 310 g Beef, shredded
- 2 Green capsicums, thinly shred
- 60 g Carrots, thinly shred
- 125 g Bamboo shoots, thinly shred
- 2 Shallots, chopped
- 1 clove Garlic, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon Water
- 2 tablespoons Oil for cooking (add more if required)
Marinade :
- 1/4 teaspoon Baking soda
- 2 teaspoons Cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon Water
- 2 teaspoons Soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon Chopped ginger
Seasoning :
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
- 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 1/4 MSG (optional)
- 1 teaspoon Cooking wine
- 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
Instructions
- Marinade beef for 1 hour.
- Heat 2 tablespoons oil in pan.
- Sauté beef till color changes. Remove and set aside.
- Heat 1 tablespoon oil in pan and fry shallots and garlic till fragrant.
- Put in green capsicums and fry for 1 minute.
- Add carrots, bamboo shoots and water. Stir-fry to mix.
- Return beef to pan and add salt, soy sauce and MSG.
- Continue stir-frying till all ingredients are well mixed.
- Stir in sesame oil and wine.
- Dish up and serve hot.
